At least 2 years of experience in administration of Atlassian products (JIRA Software, JIRA Service Desk);
Deep knowledge of JIRA administrative configuration and their impact on instance performance and usability;
Excellent experience in JIRA workflow configuration;
Schemes (permissions, notifications, etc.), behaviours and custom field configuration;
Good experience in Scriptrunner for JIRA or deep knowledge of Groovy scripting language;
Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA API;
Experience with JAVA and bash scripting languages;Experience with BD (writing SQL queries).

Ensuring timely configuration of hardware and software, organizing and analyzing resource backups, Installing/configuring/updating/administration Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and plug-ins;
Jira (custom workflow, Screen Schema, Field Configuration, Permission Scheme, access control, Jira update);
Confluence (access control, updating Confluence, setting up projects);
Setting up integration between Jira & Confluence;
Participates in solving daily tasks that are related to the technical support of the company’s workflow;
Administration of all existing infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation;
Writing custom scripts for JIRA (Validators, Conditions, Postfunctions, Listeners), development of complex multi-level Permission schemes.
