Preparing sales forecasting, planning, and team target setting by requesting, collecting and organizing the data from the Business Development team and approval and supervision by the Head of Business Development;
Developing, analyzing and monitoring the performance of the Business Development team KPIs to assist the leadership team in developing plans that will lead to the achievement of revenue goals;
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed;
Organizing and building tools and systems needed in Business Development operation;
Requesting from other departments and cooperating with them on getting all necessary data required in sales and client operating processes;
Analyzing and alerting current department trends;
Being a liaison between cross-functional teams and Business Development Team to ensure the proper flow of communication and organizing the collaborative process in any question non-related to direct client communication or project;
Keeping BD and cross-functional systems related to BD activities up to date;
Distributing the non-client related tasks between the Marketing & Business Development Department, holding the team accountable to the deadlines and alerting in case any risks occur;
Managing the research team;
Planning and supporting the year travel plans for Marketing&Business Development team.
