Our Game Development team provides comprehensive co-dev and full-cycle dev solutions, across all platforms. We’ve helped make some of the biggest games of the past decade, like Call of Duty:

Modern Warfare II and III, and we work with dozens of the world’s biggest publishers and developers.

Superpowers you have:

• Experience with C#/Unity programming 6+ years.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading development teams (preferably in game development).
• Deep knowledge of Unity 3D, C#, design & architectural patterns, and software development best practices.
• Experience in porting or developing games on the console Xbox or PlayStation.
• Experience with profiling/debugging and optimization of games by CPU, GPU, memory.
• Understanding the ECS (Entity Component System) framework.
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure circumstances and changing priorities to achieve results.

Will be a plus (Any):

• Experience with ECS (Entity Component System) for Unity.
• Experience with High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP) for Unity
• Any previous experience with TypeScript, JS, C++.
• Experience with a UI tool — Coherent for Unity.
• Experience with supporting game release on different platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, etc.)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.

• Providing code review and technical supervision of the project team.
• Cooperating closely with the Product Owner to ensure development focus and project deliveries.
• Development/porting of games and applications for PlayStation/Xbox/Switch, iOS/Android, Web, and PC.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and estimation of tasks or projects.
• Able to work and communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
