Our Game Development team provides comprehensive co-dev and full-cycle dev solutions, across all platforms. We’ve helped make some of the biggest games of the past decade, like Call of Duty:

Modern Warfare II and III, and we work with dozens of the world’s biggest publishers and developers.

Through primarily organic growth, we are proudly independent, now home to around 1,100 creatives based in Europe, North America, and South America.

The next great challenge is coming:

We are looking for a Part-Time Office Manager to take care of the daily operations of our Kyiv office. The role includes maintaining a comfortable and efficient work environment, handling procurement, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring smooth facility-related processes. This is a part-time position ideal for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Superpowers you have:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; Confluence is a plus).
  • English: Pre-Intermediate or higher.

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

  • Monitor the condition of the Kyiv office premises and arrange small repairs or improvements.
  • Communicate with contractors, service providers, and the landlord on office-related matters.
  • Order and maintain stock of office supplies, beverages, and other necessities.
  • Supervise cleaning services and other facility-related vendors.
  • Manage access cards for employees and visitors.
  • Receive and handle courier deliveries.
  • Keep records of office expenses and assist in budget tracking.
  • Submit payment requests for rent, utilities, security services, and other facility-related purchases.
  • Provide occasional administrative support to other teams upon request.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with budget tracking and cost optimization in an office setting.
  • Knowledge of basic facility management processes.
  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation tools.
