- Strong communication skills
- English level: Upper-Intermediate
- Basic coding knowledge
- Understanding of QA processes
Job Responsibilities
- Solid knowledge of SQL, including the ability to query databases and extract relevant data
- Effective communication with clients, providing timely support and performing manual follow-ups when required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially for QA-related activities
- Monitoring alerts, troubleshooting issues, and following established processes
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities with strong organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support broader Professional Services (PS) team responsibilities
