We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will become a strategic partner for the management team and help develop our people, culture, and processes within the company.

Location: Lviv (office/hybrid).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner
- Solid knowledge of people management & business processes
- Strong business orientation with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, partner with, and advise leadership teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset
- Coaching skills (or willingness to develop them) are a strong plus.
- Ability to work confidently with tools such as PeopleForce, Confluence, Google Workspace.
- Intermediate or higher level of English
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to top management and managers on all people and culture matters, identifying people-related issues and risks and collaborating with leadership to find effective solutions, drive continuous improvements, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Partner closely with managers and team leads on all people-related topics — including communication, feedback, team structure, performance, motivation, and development — providing coaching and HR guidance that strengthens their leadership skills and people-management practices.
- Coordinate performance review cycles, support feedback delivery, and facilitate individual development and succession planning.
- Manage professional development initiatives by assessing training needs, coordinating training activities, and overseeing the employee certification process.
- Foster employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives aimed at improving retention, satisfaction, and overall team wellbeing.
- Create and communicate company policies, processes, and organizational changes, ensuring clear understanding and consistent implementation across teams.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights that support leadership decision-making.
- Participate in organizational and cultural transformation projects, promoting collaboration, transparency, and company values.
- Drive positive internal communication and contribute to maintaining a value-driven, supportive work environment.
- Manage and support the recruitment process by advising on staffing needs, hiring priorities, and participating in candidate selection when necessary.
