HR Generalist


Romexsoft is looking for a talented and proactive HR Generalist with strong communication and leadership skills to join our team and support company growth.

Requirements to the Candidates (Must Have):

  • 2+ years of work in an IT company in an HR position or similar;
  • High level of self-organization: responsibility, time management, structuring;
  • Empathic and friendly personality;
  • Has perfect written and verbal communication skills;
  • Has experience in using Google services: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.
  • Knowledge of recruitment: sourcing for technical candidates using various tools (like LinkedIn, and job boards), interviewing;

Requirements to the Candidates (Nice to Have):

  • Working with ATS (PeopleForce, CleverStaff)
  • English (intermediate level, written and spoken);

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support HR brand and corporate culture;
  • Communicate with Romexsoft employees and promote important news;
  • Take part in HR activities (onboarding, adaptation, performance appraisal, offboarding, 1:1, surveys, etc.)
  • Track the employee benefits;
  • Handle Employee Database;
  • Organize corporate events and gifts;
  • Arrange the office layout, communicate with office vendor, and manage office budget;
  • Manage the full cycle of Recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating all interview stages);
