We are looking for a talented and result-oriented and proactive HR assistant, with strong communication and leadership skills, who is willing to become a lead with time to join our team and support company growth.

Requirements to the Candidates (Must Have):

  • Intermediate English (intermediate level, written and spoken);
  • Has experience in using Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar;
  • Has perfect written and verbal communication skills;
  • Cheerful, friendly and communicative personality;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • High level of personal responsibility and attentiveness to the details;
  • Basic skills in photo/video editing tools;

Requirements to the Candidates (Nice to Have):

  • Previous experience in a similar position or in administrative work;
  • Experience working with managing social media pages and creating SMM content;
  • Create visually attractive content;

Job Responsibilities:

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery;
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs;
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment;
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting;
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
  • Provide general support to visitors;
  • Address employees query regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements);
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services;

HR Assistant responsibility:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires;
  • HR Calendar Management (Vacations/Sick leave/1-1/EOP/PA, etc);
  • Employee benefits tracking;
  • Ensure good company internal communication (newsletters, anniversary / birthday / welcome greetings);
  • Attendance Management of English classes;
  • Maintenance of internal trainings and support in participation on external events (trainings, conference);
  • Handling Employee Database;
  • Travel Visa support;
  • Event Management: Team buildings, corporate parties and events, etc.;
