— 2+ years of Linux administration experience
— 1+ year of AWS Cloud commercial experience (Networking, EC2, ECS, S3, Cloud Watch, RDS, IAM)
— Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, OSI 4, etc.)
— Good English (intermediate or higher, written and spoken)
— Experience in Bash or Python scripting
— Knowledge of Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana
— Basic knowledge of ELK stack
— Experience with RDBMS databases
— Experience with configuration web servers: Nginx, Apache, Tomcat
— Docker containerization
— Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. NewRelic, Nagios, Prometheus)
— Experience with Kubernetes containerization
— Infrastructure as a Code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
— CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline)
— Managing Java, Nodejs, PHP and Python web applications on infrastructure level

Technical Support Engineer will become a part of a 24×7 tech support team providing DevOps support and resolving incidents generated by monitoring and alerting systems serving multiple customers and projects.
