We seek an experienced Senior Frontend Lead Developer to join our team and take charge of building and maintaining cutting-edge web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React, and React Native, and a solid understanding of modern front-end development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable and high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
• Writing technical documentation and conducting investigations to provide a few options for implementing the functionality

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, focusing on React and React Native.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Testing Library, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Working with startups experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with libraries like Framer Motion, React Query, or TanStack Query.
• Exposure to WebRTC, Agora SDK, or live streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with Firebase or other backend services.
• Prior experience in delivering e-commerce or video-based applications.
