Rocklab is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The primary objective is to communicate with the client and provide an almost full cycle of sales from the initial contact to the closed deal.

Requirements:

— at least 1 year of experience in IT sales;

— good knowledge of English, upper intermediate, or higher;

— work experience on platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.

— experience in selling web development projects / solutions;

— the presence of closed deals.

Duties:

— active search and attraction of new clients;

— communication with clients;

— schedule, conduct and „close” meetings;

— a creative approach to closing customer objections;

— maintaining communication with existing / deferred clients;

— analysis of the market and needs;

— search and processing of new channels and sources for sale;

— lead a small Sales team (2 people).
