Your future line of work:
— Source candidates for open positions using a variety of channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
— Screen candidates to assess their skills and experience
— Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and recruiters
— Stay up-to-date on the latest sourcing trends and best practices
— Track and report on sourcing metrics
We expect:
— 1+ years of sourcing
— Strong understanding of the recruiting process
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Ability to multitask and work independently
— Prominent storytelling skills
