We are looking for an active, motivated, and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team in Lviv.
We are looking for someone who has :
- 3+ years of experience in HR consulting or internal HR (People Partner/HR Generalist), work experience in production would be a plus;
- HR education or certification would be an advantage;
- At least upper-intermediate level of English;
- Soft skills: adaptability, resilience, integrity, critical thinking, pro-activity, a strong sense of empathy and creativity.
As an HR Generalist, you will:
- Manage the process of an employee lifecycle: facilitate onboarding, finalize adaptation and trial period, conduct performance appraisals and compensation reviews, manage exits, etc;
- Consult management regarding employee relations issues, providing solutions;
- Manage critical communications: identifying employee-related issues, engaging stakeholders, decision making, direct communication with C-level, management and employees;
- Support the company’s culture and atmosphere;
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment;
- Provide administrative support to the CEO;
- Provide analytics and statistics on requests;
- Participate in the improvement of recruitment, procedures, and regulations;
- Organise office operations and procedures;
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease;
- Participate in office management activities.
