Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Coordinating, supporting, and developing a team of specialists handling bank requests, batch payments, and daily operational activities.
• Operations Control: Ensuring timely and accurate closure of daily operational tasks, managing payment flows, and balancing the workload within the team.
• Bank Relations: Building and maintaining solid relationships with partner banks, EMIs, and PSPs across multiple jurisdictions.
• 1C Management: Overseeing financial and accounting records, reconciling data, and coordinating processes within the 1C system.
• Automation & Optimization: Identifying bottlenecks in current operational workflows and implementing automation tools to speed up request processing and eliminate routine manual tasks.
• Risk & Crisis Control: Promptly resolving non-standard, critical, or urgent situations related to banks, compliance requests, and payment delays.

What We Are Looking For:

• Work Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in a similar role (Team Lead, Head of Operational Banking, or Senior Specialist) strictly within the iGaming or High-Risk sectors.
• 1C Proficiency: A solid grasp of transaction logic and the system’s architecture. Experience in writing technical specifications or BRDs for system improvements and automation is a major plus.
• International Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the specifics of working with foreign banks, financial institutions, and international payment systems across various jurisdictions.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record in team management, including effective delegation, motivation, and operational process control under tight deadlines.
• Mindset & Soft Skills: A highly structured, analytical approach combined with a passion for process optimization. Ability to multitask effectively and make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
