Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, engage, and manage new and existing affiliate partners to grow our online entertainment and gaming network.
• Develop and deliver integrated affiliate marketing campaigns that drive quality traffic and increase acquisition.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise affiliate performance using digital analytics and reporting tools.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and CRM teams to support the delivery of multi-channel campaigns.
• Negotiate and implement tailored deals, commission structures, and creative strategies to maximise affiliate ROI.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of affiliate marketing trends, compliance, and best practice within the iGaming and entertainment sector.
• Provide proactive support, guidance, and communications to affiliate partners, ensuring an accessible and positive partnership experience.
• Compile reports on campaign KPIs, conversion rates, and partner feedback to inform ongoing strategy.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in affiliate management, partnership marketing, digital acquisition, or performance marketing — preferably in online entertainment, esports, iGaming, fintech, or related digital industries.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable analysing data, managing budgets, and reporting on ROI.
• Proficiency in affiliate monitoring platforms, CRM, or analytics tools.
• An up-to-date awareness of relevant compliance, responsible marketing, and data privacy practices.
• Fluent English (additional European or international languages are a bonus).
• An energetic, proactive, and structured approach to work — open to continuous learning and feedback.
