Compensation & Benefits Team Lead (вакансія неактивна)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and further develop the company’s Compensation & Benefits framework.
  • Manage grading structure (Mercer) and conduct job evaluations.
  • Drive salary review cycles, perform market analysis, and support compensation analytics.
  • Design and administer bonus programs (STI/LTI), including calculations and modeling.
  • Oversee all benefit-related initiatives: medical insurance, benefit cafeteria, and new wellbeing programs.
  • Partner with Finance on compensation budgeting processes.
  • Lead the C&B team: task prioritization, development, performance management, hiring/exit decisions.
  • Build and enhance clear and scalable C&B policies and processes.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with Team Lead experience.
  • Proven experience working with the Mercer methodology; additional grading frameworks are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and managing STI/LTI bonus programs.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and compensation analytics.
  • Experience managing benefit programs and medical insurance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and structured thinking.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team.
