Job Description
- Manage TikTok accounts: plan content strategy, schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement;
- Track trends: adapt popular formats, sounds, and challenges to boost reach;
- Create engaging content: produce and edit videos tailored to target audiences;
- Analyze results: track metrics and optimize strategy for growth.
Qualifications
- 1+ year TikTok experience with commercial accounts;
- Knowledge of TikTok algorithms and viral content creation;
- Skilled in TikTok video production, content planning;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking;
- Ability to coordinate promo/content teams;
- Understanding social media service promotion;
- Languages: Native Ukrainian, English B2.
