We are looking for a Casino Account Manager to join our team.

Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of casino partners, maintaining strong and long-term relationships using CRM tools.
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners by providing both technical and operational assistance.
  • Coordinate partner launches, including the release of new games, features, and promotional mechanics.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, resolving issues ranging from technical glitches to financial disputes.
  • Monitor client KPIs and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and drive upsell initiatives (e.g. new games, features, or tools).
  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance, revenue trends, and key metrics.
  • Collaborate on marketing activities such as cross-promotions, bonus campaigns, tournaments, and more.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role within an online casino or iGaming company.
  • Good understanding of the online casino business and partner operations.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing partner portfolios.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to client needs.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented attitude.
  • English level: Intermediate or higher — required for daily communication with partners.
