Supply Chain Data Scientist (Remote) (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Data Scientist to build ML-based forecasting and inventory optimization systems for a large Amazon business (100+ brands, thousands of SKUs). Currently, purchasing decisions are manual — leading to stockouts and overstock issues. Your role is to automate and optimize these processes using data.

Responsibilities

• Build demand forecasting models (seasonality, stockouts, competitor behavior).
• Develop safety stock calculators and daily alert systems.
• Create buy box share prediction models and competitor inventory monitoring.
• Build price elasticity models and automated purchasing decision engines.
• Deliver production-ready models and documentation for the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science / ML.
• Strong background in supply chain optimization & forecasting.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or the Amazon marketplace.
• Hands-on experience building production-ready ML models.
• Knowledge of automated decision systems.
