About the Project
Join a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS product team building a next-generation platform designed to transform workflows for enterprise customers. The platform uses advanced AI tools to automate and augment critical processes, deliver actionable insights, and improve operational efficiency.

Currently in Beta, the product is preparing for a full launch later this year. A newly formed engineering team will address existing architectural gaps and deliver new features. This is a rare opportunity to shape both technical direction and product success from the early stage.

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Python (FastAPI), Node.js
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Infrastructure/CI/CD: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions
• Data: PostgreSQL, LLM integrations (OpenAI API, Langfuse)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services (Python/Node.js) and frontend components (React)
• Take full ownership of features from estimation to production and QA sign-off
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps for smooth delivery
• Implement robust testing, observability, and security practices
• Use AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, LangChain) to speed up delivery
• Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

Technical / Product

• 5+ years in full-stack engineering (production environments)
• Strong skills in Python (FastAPI) and Node.js
• Advanced frontend skills in React (TypeScript)
• Solid database experience (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Familiarity with microservices and modern design patterns
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based systems is a plus

Business & Delivery

• SaaS experience, ideally B2B
• Experience in hybrid or distributed agile teams
• Ability to work autonomously and own end-to-end delivery

• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced settings
• Curiosity and willingness to learn AI-driven tools and approaches
