Requirements:

• Senior level / at least 5+ years experience;
• Deep knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, Redis;
• Experience with integration and customization LLMs: Claude, Titan;
• Experience with building RAG models with AWS BedRock;
• Strong experience with building and managing infrastracture at AWS, including building CI/CD pipelines with bitbucket, AWS CDK, S3, CloudFront, Route53, RDS, IAM center, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Certification center, ECR, EC2, docker images, etc.;
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and SOC2 compliances and their tech controls;
• Experience with building RBAC, telemedicine or video conferences, secure PII/ePHI storages;
• Strong knowledge of the cloud patterns and microservice architecture.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HL7 standart and FHIR protocol.
