We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist for a project with experience in healthcare, full-time, the minimum project duration is 6 months.
The project is a web platform for clinic staff to manage their daily operations. The platform allows staff to handle tasks such as ordering medicines/drugs, managing appointment schedules, and operating treatment procedures. While it’s currently focused on internal usage, there are plans to transform it into a SaaS solution in the future, potentially.
The project was initiated because the client’s current software is outdated and unable to accommodate new features. The main goals are to move their ongoing business operations to a new platform and generate revenue by selling the platform to other infusion clinics.
