Senior Business Analyst HEALTHCARE domain (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a project with experience in HEALTHCARE, full-time, the minimum project duration is 4-6 months.

The platform streamlines patient care and practitioner workflows through integrated apps for patients, practitioners, and administrators. It enables secure authentication, telemedicine, survey management, care plan tracking, and appointment scheduling. Key features include voice input, video calls, document exchange, and patient education. Practitioners benefit from dashboards, medical notes, and predictive analytics, while admins manage users, roles, and system settings. Advanced integrations, such as FHIR, Docusign, and predictive analytics, ensure seamless operations, making it ideal for comprehensive healthcare management. Intelligent, AI-powered healthcare platform for Alzheimer’s patients and doctors.

Requirements:

— 4+ years of practical experience in a B2B software company (IT service company) as a Business Analyst;

— Experience with healthcare projects;

— Domain expertise: US Healthcare or/and insurance experience. Nice to have HIPAA;

— Proficiency in using AI chat tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.);

— Knowledge of business analysis techniques, responsibilities, and activities;

— English — Upper intermediate and higher;

— Experience with user stories and use cases;

— Basic principles UX/UI knowledge;

— Experience in building user story mapping;

— Experience with Confluence/Jira;

— Good communication skills, the ability to talk with technical, non-technical resources, as well as management.

Responsibilities:

— Lead and facilitate grooming sessions to refine product requirements.

— Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including User Stories, Scope documents, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).

— Utilize UML/BPMN or other business modeling techniques to visualize and refine software solutions.

— Communicate clearly and convincingly, both verbally and in writing, to build consensus, convey ideas effectively, and ensure timely delivery.
