Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience working in software development company environments in a leadership role, e.g. COO, Delivery Manager, Head of Operations;
— Fluent or advanced English(both verbal and written);
— Proven experience in optimizing business processes and managing operations at a company-wide level;
— Excels at Client Expectations Management: Building effective communication with clients, setting clear expectations, and ensuring satisfaction;
— Proven experience managing teams of 100+ members across multiple departments or functions;
— Proven track record of managing multiple projects/project portfolios while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality metrics are met;
— Proficiency in collecting, interpreting, and improving operational KPIs such as LTV, CSAT, NPS, and GPM;
— Proven experience in choosing and implementing methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall for specific projects;
— Experience in setting up and refining delivery processes, including workflows, tools, and performance tracking to drive operational excellence;
— Proven experience in project staffing, including resource planning, allocation, and balancing team capacity to meet project demands;
— Strong skills in presenting technical and business solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals, and showcasing company capabilities;
— Software development background(nice to have);
— Experience in implementing or supporting ISO 9001 and 27001 (nice to have);
— Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
— Strong budget management and risk assessment skills;
— Strong organizational and facilitating skills.
