At Riseapps, we’re looking for expert and result-oriented SDR specialists who will become the primary contact point for our potential clients. You’ll be in charge of growing the sales pipeline by generating prospective opportunities within the inbound/outbound channels.
Our main requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, prospecting and qualifying new clients, customer acquisition, or customer conversion;
- Experience and comfort in an environment that requires a high volume of emails, LinkedIn, and/or phone outreach;
- Outstanding English communication skills in all forms: written, spoken, presentations, and negotiations;
- Ability to navigate and maintain Hubspot CRM or comparable customer relationship management tools;
- Effective at building relationships with prospects, and nurturing as long as it takes to close;
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic;
- Proven result-driven experience in generating qualified leads;
- Software-minded, with an ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, and to adapt/shift to an evolving business landscape/ fast-paced environment.
- You are a dedicated problem solver and always complete a task if you are responsible for it.
Key responsibilities:
- Generating relevant leads via inbound and outbound(Upwork, Email, Linkedin) platforms;
- Setting relevant intro calls and working closely with Sales Executives;
- Follow-up leads to qualify in the funnel using different techniques such as Email, Linkedin, WhatsApp, and Phone calls.
- Developing relationships with prospects based on solution-selling techniques;
- Communicating with cold leads and converting them into warm leads via handling objections, and follow-ups;
- Investigate the pain points of the target audience for increasing reply/conversion rates;
- Keep leads’ data up-to-date in the CRM system;
- Test new tools and approaches in lead generation to increase conversion rates.
