At Riseapps, we’re looking for a mature, result-driven, and communication-passionate person who will become the core lead-to-deal driver in charge of generating contracts out of sales-qualified opportunities.
Core responsibilities:
- Build a sales strategy that generates revenue and aligns with our company’s overall goals;
- Set clear department goals and develop efficient processes to implement them;
- Provide visibility and metrics of the sales pipeline; set up plan/fact reporting and KPIs systems in the Sales department;
- Set up the CRM processes and analytics for tracking conversions;
- “Be a playing coach”: leading the Sales team, as well as maintaining workflow(close deals) by yourself.
- Hire the A-players and coach them to achieve our company revenue goals;
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team;
- Improve the existing sales channels and research new ones to reach the best ROI;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform sales and business development strategies.

Our main requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a B2B sales role;
- Have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in leading and coaching a sales team
- Have a track record of achieving target KPIs;
- Have an Advanced (C1-С2) English level;
- Strong practical experience in the full cycle of sales: building pipelines, negotiating and signing deals with global customers (understanding of outsourcing, outstaffing models of cooperation);
- Have strong leadership skills, and you’re able to build and lead high-performing sales teams;
- You’re highly organized and have strong time-management skills.
