You will be the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase and will report directly to the company management.

You are a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of practical experience in a B2B software company (IT service company) as a Project manager;
• Good understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall;
• Ability to perform project manager’s activities and provide supervision during Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing phases;
• Strong client-oriented attitude, focus on a value we deliver;
• Solid understanding of risk management and change management;
• Experience in release planning and quality management;
• Positive work attitude and system-thinking approaches;
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English;
• Pre-sales experience will be a plus.

What we expect from you:

• Ensure high quality, timely, green delivery of customer’s business requirements within the project scope;
• Set up best practices (tools, processes, people management), ensure project success;
• Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise, and work with to develop solutions;
• Provide a transparent picture and share status reports to the client and to the company management side;
• Provide day-to-day client communications, drive project activities;
• Encourage teams to add customer value through continuous improvement;
• Manage, monitor and motivate the team assigned to the project.
