For one of our UK clients in the e-learning space, we are looking for JavaScript Engineer with ReactJS and NodeJS experience. You’ll join the team that is working on changing the complex and long process of getting visas for students into a simple and streamlined way that everyone can make sitting at home and with just a few clicks. Currently, the platform helps more than 10000 students to get visas in order to study in a university abroad, and they would like to have 100 000+ users so that’s why are looking to expand their team.

So what is the experience we are looking for?

• At least 3 years in successful frontend development using such frameworks as ReactJS, with Redux and Styled components;
• Have strong level familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3;
• Have experience with Typescript and use it everywhere where JS is;
• About 0.5-1 year experience in NodeJs;
• Have experience in using units tests with Jest and Cypress;
• Upper-Intermediate English verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience with modern software project management tools like SCRUM and Kanban;
• Understanding of general software development patterns and architecture patterns;
• Experience in working in remote, international teams;
• Strong analytical skills.

These skills will also come in handy:

• Experience working with Rust,
• Experience working with AWS.
