— 3+ year experience in the role of Product Owner or Business Analyst
— Advanced English;
— Knowledge of business analysis techniques, responsibilities, and activities;
— Track record of executing precise, detail-oriented procedures with completeness and accuracy;
— Demonstrated ability to build working relationships with engineers, product managers, and managers;
— Strong understanding of the Product Development Process;
— Understanding of SDLC and BA’s role throughout the project;
— Solid experience in creating and maintaining documentation: BRD, SRS, vision & scope, product backlog, user stories & acceptance criteria, use cases;
— Familiarity with prioritization techniques;
— Hands-on experience with Scrum;
— Experience with Confluence/Jira;
— Good communication skills, the ability to talk with technical, non-technical resources, as well as management;
— Experience in preparing estimation during the pre-sales phase.
— Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools;
— Attended BA courses with certificates;
— Knowledge of BPMN/UML;
— Previous experience as a Project manager or a Business Development Manager or a QA.
