— At least 3 years of successful experience in the digital marketing sphere that can be confirmed by certain results: audience growth, conversions increase, or similar;
— At least 1 year in successful B2B marketing with proven experience is a must;
— Previous experience as B2B SMM Manager or B2B Content Expert;
— Experience working with leads for healthcare is a great plus;
— Practical experience in creation and optimization of a marketing funnel;
— Practical experience in calculating of ROMI, CAC, LTV, CPL, CRO for each campaign;
— Strong analytical skills with using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Albacross, Hotjar and/or others;

— Identify the target clients by making SWOT analysis, creating a unique value proposition, ICP-s, buying personas, customer journey map;
— Basing on the created ICPs generate leads with the needed number of MQL-s across all sales channels in order to achieve monthly and quarterly goals;
— Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from creation to execution through inbound and outbound;
— Analyze and improve the performance of all digital campaigns (calculate and improve ROI, CAC, LTV, CPL, CRO) through all traffic channels used to attract customers. Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing efforts & report on return on investment;
— Analyze the key figures of the sales funnel and optimize them;
— Create new marketing hypotheses and experiment with finding new cost-effective marketing campaigns;
— Effectively manage budget, external agencies, and service providers, hire new team members, evaluate performance and KPI of the team members.
