Необхідні навички

— Strong 2+ years of full-cycle HR/Recruiting experience in IT;
— Experience in recruiting software engineers with the Middle+ level;
— Excellent communication and social interaction skills;
— Good organizational skills and confidence to work with people;
— Proven ability to handle multiple tasks;
— Proactive, result-oriented person;
— Intermediate English, written/spoken.

— Recruiting new employees based on the company requirements, conducting interviews;
— HR brand development, building and maintaining a strong corporate culture;
— Adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnel;
— Conducting one to one interviews with employees;
— Monitoring the situation in the team: identifying conflict situations, advice, and assistance in solving;
— Conducting surveys, questionnaires, analyzing the results and executing improvements;
— Organization of internal team building, corporate parties, office events and holidays.
