We are Riseapps, a team of mobile and web developers. Over the last 3 years we have delivered 50+ projects in various business sectors. All our apps are usually made in-house. Our team includes top-notch experts with more than 10 years in design, middle and senior levels in development. We have built a strong pack of ninjas that regularly delivers extremely clean and deadly effective apps.

We are looking for a creative and goal-oriented Head of Sales to join our team.

Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in IT field
— At least 3+ years of all experience as Head of Sales in B2B
— Experience as lead generator
— Successful background in B2B sales as Sales Closer
— Successful experience in the full sales cycle, from the generation of leads to the closing deals
— Achieving sales plans and increasing profits
— Successful experience in account development
— Experience with any CRM systems and tools for sales
— Extensive experience in building detailed ICP based on the company’s business model, lead qualifications
— Team management experience from 3-5 people sales and leadgenerators
— Metrics and performance skills for the sales department
— Team training skills
— Excellent leadership qualities
— The ability to make decisions in critical situations
— An advanced level of fluency in written and oral English

Обов’язки

Responsibilities:
— Close deals and coach sales team to perform and achieve sales plans;
— Manage sales processes, generate new strategies for attracting clients and achieving sales plans;
— Optimize Sales funnel, optimize the CRM workflow basing on the best practices;
— Design and implement of sales scripts;
— Develop partner’s relations with clients and develop accounts;;
— Plan and manage sales pipeline;
— Upsell, cross-sell on the current accounts;
— With sales teamwork on crafting a unique value proposition, ICP-s, buying personas, customer journey map;
— Collaborate with the team on gaining the needed number of MQL-s across all sales channels in order to achieve monthly and quarterly goals;
— Analyze and increase conversion rate MQL -> SQL -> Closed deal;
— Setup the scalable process of the follow ups;
— Organization of sales at external conferences and events;
— Make sure all the Sales are achieving monthly and quarterly MRR and Gross Margin goals;
