Inbound Marketing Specialist — B2B & Technology Focus (вакансія неактивна)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inbound Marketing Specialist at Rioks to develop, execute, and optimize our own and clients’ inbound marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing content strategy, lead generation campaigns, and nurturing strategies that attract, engage, and convert B2B audiences. You will play a pivotal role in growing our clients’ business, customer base, and improving their user experience through targeted digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing strategies tailored to B2B technology and software development companies.
  • Create and manage engaging content across various digital channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and landing pages.
  • Plan and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use web analytics tools to track user behavior and optimize content and campaign performance.
  • Continuously monitor and refine digital strategies to ensure alignment with client goals and industry best practices.

Client Engagement & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices for inbound marketing and digital engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations.

Innovation & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the B2B technology space.
  • Research and implement new digital tools and interactive trends to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.
  • Map out and define digital events and campaigns that align with client business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inbound marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
