Responsibilities and Duties
* Team management
* Organization and control of hiring and training processes
* Best quality of the service management provided for our neighbors
* Collaboration with development team on issues escalation
* Communication with support teams based in the US
* Setting and control of KPI of the department
Qualifications and Skills
* 2+ years in managing support teams (multichannel contact center preferred)
* Advanced English level (written and spoken)
* Strong technical background (Basic IT education will be a plus)
* Experienced user in PC based computer systems or junior administrator (MacOS preferable)
* Experienced user in bug tracking systems (Jira, etc.)
* Strong organizational and team management skills (teams more than 30 ppl)
* Strong multitasking and time management skills
