Job Summary

We are looking for a Super Star QA Team Lead, who would build a team of ruthless bug busters, that would keep an eye on one of the coolest product projects in Ukraine — Ring.

Responsibilities and Duties

— Leading a team of manual QA engineers;
— Validating the quality of multiple products of the company by establishing a state of the art QA process;
— Estimation and allocation of required resources to perform the full cycle of product’s validation;
— Communication with stakeholders, reporting on product’s quality and it’s readiness for production

Qualifications and Skills

— 3+ years experience in manual testing
— 2+ years experience in leading the QA team (5+ people)
— Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies
— Experience in writing test documentation
— Understanding of embedded systems principles
— Experience in testing of embedded systems
— Advanced level in Unix-based systems
— Network principles understanding
— Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment in a rapidly growing company
— English communication skills (speak, read, write)
