We are inviting an experienced HR Manager to join and strengthen our Human Resources team and diversify our experience. In this role, you will handle one of the company divisions and act as a business partner responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Moreover, you will have a possibility to streamline the number of internal projects, help optimize our existing processes and build new ones in order to bring value to our teams. — 3+ years of recent HR working experience, preferably in HRBP or People Partner role. Previous recruitment background will be helpful
— Successful working experience in companies size 100+, international companies and IT sector is a plus
— Proved examples of building trust and partner-relationships
— Experience of working with HRIS, HR analytics, confident Excel user
— Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence
— High ethical standards
— Advanced level of written and spoken English
— Manage HR processes, operate like Business Partner in the company’s dedicated division
— Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, provide guidance and/or resolve complex people related issues
— Participate in performance review cycle, provide guidance and support to Line Managers throughout the process as well as on day-to-day performance management and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers
— Support line managers and division leaders in building and optimizing HR function in their teams
— Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies
— Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
— Take an active part in across-the-board HR projects like Training and Development programs, Coaching practices, HR analytics, Employer Branding, etc.
