Job Summary

We are inviting an experienced HR Specialist to join and support our Human Resources team. In this role, you will oversee one of our divisions and act as a reliable Business Partner. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to support a number of internal projects, help review and improve existing processes and implement new initiatives that can bring value to our team members. You will be involved in all stages of the employee full cycle within our team. This is a unique role that will enable you to oversee the continued growth of our company and support our team.

Qualifications and Skills

— Daily and ongoing maintenance of HRIS system
— Conduct relevant on-boarding and off-boarding processes
— Support all HR processes, such as performance reviews, transfers, trainings, development, and action plans resulting from internal surveys
— Assist internal team members with their queries and requests
— Maintain HR reports

Responsibilities and Duties

— At least 2+ years of HR working experience in international companies with 100+ headcount, IT sector experience is a plus but not essential
— Additional trainings on Human Resources Management or specific HR functions will be an asset
— Understanding of HR data-driven approaches, Excel skills
— Commitment to maintain strict confidentiality
— Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience, humor, and helpfulness — front line contact for potential staff concerns or issues
— High ethical standards
— Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
— Detail-oriented approach, accuracy and excellent organizational skills
— Advanced level of written and spoken English
— Fluent Ukrainian
