Job Description

We are looking for a person who would become a best friend of our neighbors for a Customer support engineer position. We call our customers “neighbors”, because we build our products as we would use them ourselves and recommend them to our neighbors.

Candidate would have to handle multiple reports on the Ring products from our neighbors and sort them according to the categories.

Key Responsibilities

— Providing full technical support and managing relationships with our neighbors
— Acting as a liaison between neighbors and our technical staff
— Handling initial neighbors’ inquiries, full cycle troubleshooting, addressing our neighbors’ needs
— Deploying different test environments for troubleshooting neighbors’ issues
— Document knowledge in the form of incident notes, technical articles, contributions to knowledge base and forums within specific areas of expertise
— Timely follow up on neighbors’ commitments, effectively prioritizing process / product refinements
— Relaying lessons learned and feedback to Sales, Engineering, QA and Product Management teams
