Needed skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT industry (managing medium to large software development projects);
- Previous software development/Team Leading experience;
- Experienced with Agile methodologies and analytics;
- Deep knowledge of full-cycle development processes;
- Understanding of distributed systems and how they are deployed;
- Self-driven, flexible, “get-it-done” personality;
- Ability to organize and plan work independently;
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills ;
- Project management, Agile development, process improvement/quality certifications are desired but not required;
- Very good written and verbal communication;
- Advanced English

Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of multiple simultaneous projects and remove roadblocks
- Perform scope and change management, capacity planning, progress tracking, proactive risks and issues management, cross-functional/stakeholder and leadership alignment.
- Perform integration management for all internal (other Rinf departments) and external factors (partners, authorities) related to the projects
- Perform end-to-end Statement of Work management
- Define and agree-upon deliverables and timeline
- Manage project/portfolio budgets and P&Ls
- Act as Rinf representative towards customers, partners and team in good faith, with high level of proficiency and by displaying a collaborative and consultative attitude
