At least 2 years of experience working as a business analyst;
Experience in fintech domain, knowledge of basic terms and key standards;
Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of business analysis, requirement management, and system analysis;
Ability to determine and document business and system processes;
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
Solid understanding of Scrum methodology;
Fluent spoken and written English.

Fintech experience(OMS/EMS, Bloomberg), Data Governance.

Business goals definition,
Requirements elicitation, documentation, validation and analysis;
Solution options definition in close collaboration with implementation SMEs;
Project backlog fulfillment, maintenance and its prioritization;
Organization of day to day communications between the project team and the customer;
Assessing impact of requirements changes;
Acceptance testing.
