We are looking for a Sales Manager/BDM with experience who will strengthen our team.
Job Requirements:
— At least 2 years of experience B2B sales (IT sales experience);
— Fluency in spoken and written English
— Ability to actively negotiate and confidently present the product (experience in dealing with objections, problem solving);
— Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients;
— Understanding of software development processes;
— Understanding of the IT services sales cycle;
— Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.);
— Result-oriented, positive attitude and desire to close deals
— Proactive, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
— Active search for potential clients and expansion of the client base;
— Negotiating with potential clients and presenting the company’s services;
— Development and management of sales strategy, including drafting proposals and contracts;
— Maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring high quality of service;

— Working hours from 9/10 am to 6/7 pm (Monday-Friday)
