— Lead development
— Consult on best engineering approaches, technologies, architecture, design, tools, and solutions
— Provide implementation estimates and evaluations of different solutions and approaches
— Translate designs and wireframes into API skeletons and component architectures
— Write performant, safe and beautiful code
— Provide solutions for discovered bottlenecks and get a chance to refactor parts of the code you hate the most so you never see them again.

Our small team is looking for a tech lead who is great at planning, building and shipping. At the same time you should also understand business goals and requirements. We need you to lead our dev team to build and scale faster & better.

ReviewForest is already used by 1000+ companies and plants thousands of trees every month. In 2021 we want to add more review platforms while adding more features for our customers.

Our structure & process: remote, Agile
Our team: spread between Germany, Ukraine and Russia. 2 Backend, 1 Frontend (vue.js), 1 PM, 1 UX/UI Designer

Approximate distribution of everyday tasks: Front-end 0-5%. Back-end 80%. Meetings and business requirements 15%.

Why is the job open: We need someone with more experience, who can plan and execute the technical side of our business goals. At the same time, you need to take what started as an MVP and introduce more best practices.
