Required skills and qualifications:
· Fluent English, both verbal and written, since you will be closely cooperating with our foreign customers
· IT-related education and background
· At least 1 year of experience on a similar position
· Our product is mostly based on Microsoft solutions, so we need a specialist with demonstrated Windows desktop OS troubleshooting skills and MS Outlook\Office knowledge
· Experience with bug-tracking software
· Experience with application logs investigation and interpretation
Would be treated as a plus but not mandatory:
· Cloud services support experience
· Understanding of CRM / ERP / Business applications
· Basic XML knowledge
· Experience in live phone\web session support with the English-speaking customers
· Basic Knowledge of JavaScript or any other basic development skills
· Experience in B2B software development\support\implementation
