About Revenue Grid
Revenue Grid is a product B2B SaaS company operating at the intersection of Revenue Intelligence and AI. We build a platform that helps businesses prevent revenue leaks through intelligent automation and real-time insights embedded into sales processes.
We work with global customers, develop complex technology products, and are steadily transforming the company from a software-first to an AI-first approach — both in the product itself and in how our team operates.
We believe the future of work is human + AI and we’re building that future now, from the product itself to how we operate as a team. That transformation starts with people who are not only experienced, but curious, pragmatic, and ready to build smarter systems.
As our VP of Finance, you will build and lead the in-house finance function at Revenue Grid. This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on: owning financial planning, reporting, controls, and business partnership, while helping us transition from external finance support to a stronger internal finance capability.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, bringing structure, visibility, and strong financial judgment to key business decisions.
What you’ll do
- Own and evolve the company’s finance function, building a scalable in-house setup for a growing AI-first B2B SaaS business.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on financial strategy, planning, decision support, and business performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and scenario modeling to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Own management reporting and help turn financial data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Ensure accurate accounting oversight, month-end close, and financial controls in partnership with external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee revenue recognition, SaaS metrics, and financial performance tracking, with strong attention to recurring revenue dynamics.
- Build and improve finance processes, policies, and internal controls to support scale, transparency, and audit readiness.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including accounting, tax, audit, and other finance service providers.
- Support legal entity, compliance, and cross-border finance operations in a practical and business-oriented way.
- Evaluate tools, workflows, and AI-enabled opportunities to improve finance efficiency and decision-making.
- Hire and grow the finance function over time as the business scales.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Corporate Finance, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within a product company, ideally B2B SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, and finance operations.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics such as ARR, MRR, gross margin, retention, and revenue recognition.
- Experience working with external accounting/finance partners and building stronger internal ownership over time.
- Ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution — you can think big, but you’re also ready to dive into details.
- Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with founders, executives, and cross-functional leaders.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- High level of ownership, sound judgment, and business maturity.
- AI-curious mindset — you actively look for better, smarter ways to run finance processes and support decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience in a US-oriented company or international reporting environment.
- Exposure to US GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Experience preparing the business for fundraising, audit readiness, board reporting, or M&A-related processes.
- Background in high-growth SaaS, RevOps-heavy environments, or data-driven business models.
- Experience working with legal, compliance, and corporate structuring topics in a cross-border environment.
- Experience implementing finance systems or automation tools.
What we offer
- Work from anywhere — we’re a remote-friendly team without location limits.
- A high-impact leadership role with real ownership and close partnership with the CEO.
- An opportunity to shape the in-house finance function in an AI-first product company.
- A strong team of professionals who value openness, flexibility, and autonomy.
- Unlimited vacation — we care about outcomes, not clocking hours.
- Quick and transparent hiring process with feedback at every step.
A chance to work with people who genuinely care about what they build and how they build it.
