Revenue Grid is currently seeking a qualified and driven individual to fill the position of Head of Staff. As the Head of Staff, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives, supporting our executive team, ensuring smooth operations within our organization, and driving alignment with our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) throughout the company. This is an exceptional chance to make a valuable contribution to the growth and success of a dynamic revenue intelligence platform.

Responsibilities:

— Strategic Executive Support: Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Drive OKR alignment and provide critical analysis, recommendations, and support in decision-making processes.
— Operations Management: Oversee and optimize operational processes across different departments. Identify areas for improvement, implement efficient systems, and drive operational excellence.
— Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the executive team and various departments. Facilitate effective communication, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure timely execution of projects. Drive OKR alignment across teams and monitor progress toward critical results.
— Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor key business metrics and OKR progress. Provide regular updates to the executive team, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
— Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines while aligning them with OKRs.
— Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to build relationships, gather feedback, and drive alignment on critical initiatives.
— Change Management: Support the CEO and executive team in driving organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and effectively adopting new processes or strategies.
— Confidentiality and Integrity: Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and ensure ethical behavior in all aspects of the role.


Requirements:

— Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in senior leadership or Head of Staff role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
— Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and provide innovative solutions experience in strategic planning and execution.
— Operational Excellence: Strong operational acumen with a track record of improving processes and driving efficiencies. Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering results.
— Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
— Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing and leading complex projects from initiation to completion. Strong project management skills, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing resources effectively.
— Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Experience in coaching and developing team members.
— Business Acumen: Solid understanding of sales automation space or related industries. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales processes, and revenue optimization strategies is a plus.
— Education: bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Management, or a related field.
