Required skills:
— Ability to work from 2 p.m. Kyiv time, no earlier than 12 p.m., in connection with work with America.
— Work experience in project management in an IT company from 2 years.
— English language from a strong Upper-Intermediate level.
— Higher education with honors or social activity.
— Sociability, organization skills and attention to detail.
— Understanding and practical skills of using Agile project management methods.

Will be a plus:
— Experience of supporting several projects simultaneously in a team of more than 10 people.

Responsibilities:
— Lead project management for the partner team — Salesforce Alliances and SI Partners.
— Monitor OKRs, projects and work processes and workload of the Partners Department.
— Collaborate with the team members and the other teams on tasks and activities.
— Represent the partners department when it comes to cross-team collaboration, both internally and externally.
— Interact with other stakeholders on behalf of the team.
— Manage and optimize all activities in Asana and quip control delays.
— Optimize internal processes.
— Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly internal meetings.
— Follow the goals of each of the team.
— Monitor the implementation plans.
— Make weekly/monthly reports.
