We are looking for a business analyst responsible for helping us and customers optimize their business processes using the Revenue Grid products ecosystem and collecting and communicating business requirements during the solution implementation process.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers, partners and prospects to effectively capture requirements and opportunities, ensure smooth communication and requirement transition from the client to internal team and vice versa
- Requirements engineering / organization
- Take up requirements changes requests
- Maintain system diagrams and create new ones
- Be closely involved in design and documentation of features
- Be insanely curious and data-driven, with an iterative mindset
- Assisting with the customer’s business cases
- Receiving the sign off from the customer regarding business requirements
- (Optional) Perform acceptance testing of very specific requirements
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in the tech area
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts
- The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
- Business case development
- Modeling techniques and methods
- Decent technical background
- Basic SQL, and other SQL-like query systems
- Ability to work with JSON/XML
- Understanding of Open API / Swagger definitions
- Fluent spoken English
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with BPMN/UML modeling techniques
- Product-oriented thinking
- Experience in giving team-wide presentations
- A team player but can work independently too
- Self-starter and self-motivated working and learning with a cross-functional team
- Ability/willing to travel abroad for business trips
Would be a plus:
- Experience with knowledge-sharing suites like Atlassian Confluence/JIRA
- Experience in working/designing enterprise automation products (CRM, especially Salesforce; ERP; Accounting systems)
- Understanding of IT cloud products development life cycle
