What will you do:
- Assist accounting team in issuing invoices, incoming payments, and expenses control
- Data processing — within accounting software and sales reporting tool
- Create cumulative reports and visualize data on specific requests
- Work with Partnership team on generating partner order reports
- Collaborate with the sales team on billing and collecting payments issues
- Full time basis
Skills and requirements: why should we choose you
- Advance Excel experience
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ (writing and speaking skills)
- Ability to process the data, analyze and visualize it (Power BI experience is appreciated)
- Work with accounting and CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho Books, Profitwell, Quickbooks, Finmap etc.) as an advantage
- Meet sensible deadlines
- Accurate work with figures as a must
- Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks and able to remain calm under pressure
