— Excellent spoken and written English is a must;
— 3+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing application engineering, professional services, or technical consulting role. B2B & SaaS experience preferred;
— Enterprise applicationdelivery experience;
— Experience with requirements gathering;
— Account Management experience;
— Demonstrated cloud and/or desktop software troubleshooting skills ;
— Demonstrated web applications troubleshooting skills;
— Demonstrated Windows desktop OS troubleshooting skills;
— Experience with application logs investigation and interpretation;
— Advanced Microsoft Outlook user;
— Understanding of SQL database;
— Familiarity with or other CRM platform;
— Familiarity with JIRA, FreshDesk or other ticket tracking system;
— Strong analytical skills;
— Strong inter-teams communication & management skills;
— Customer oriented mindset;
— Product quality improvement oriented mindset;
— Basic XML knowledge;
— Ability to work on shifted hours.

— Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Application Insight;

— Manage all stages of the software implementation, delivery and post-delivery monitoring;
— Manage technical discovery sessions to gather Customer requirements;
— Drive prove-of-concept projects;
— Manage the environment preparation requests;
— Manage the requested improvements evaluation, planning and implementation;
— Pro-actively monitor the customers’ activities and resolve or escalate the customers’ issuesduring POC and implementation stages;
— Conduct Data and Configuration audits to verify integration prior to launch, and assist in other testing/QA activities in support of getting your Customers live;
— Recommend best-practice approaches to integration, implementation, and product configuration, and provide user and admin trainings to Customer teams during Onboarding;
— Partner with cross-functional teams. Work with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, Support, and Engineering to translate Customer business needs and product feedback into new solutions;
— Be a reliable direct point-of-contact for the company’s customers;
— Document the requirements and integration approaches for the Customers.
