1. Recruiting and onboarding:
— Organizing overall recruitment process in the company; conducting searches for open vacancies.
2. Provide full scope of HR retention service to the employees, including:
— Communication with the managerial team and all unit employees on the regular basis, improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy;
— Hold satisfaction surveys and performance appraisal process for the teams;
— Resolving complex people relations issues;
— Providing a quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complaints, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges;
— Ensure all HR procedures and policies are followed by team members.
3. Legal and compliance:
Participate in the development of the company’s personnel policies, taking part in internal and external audits.
— Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, ad-hoc reporting, creating reports for senior management;
— Analyzing trends and metrics within the department.
