The Business Development Representative (BDR) position serves as the front lines of our organizational growth. Through persistence, resilience, and passion, our BDRs drive business for the organization through cold-calling, outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound marketing leads, and setting up opportunities for the Account Executive team.
— Identify and qualify prospective businesses that would be a great fit for product software service;
— Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and other social media channels;
— Work closely and collaboratively with the Account Executive to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies;
— Properly researching business owners and companies/industries before initiating calls;
— Extract relevant information from prospects and log/maintain all activity in CRM;
— Help potential customers discover unmet needs and how we can deliver extraordinary value;
— Schedule online demonstrations for potential customers with one of the Account Executives;
— Allocate time for routine data integrity: Leads, Tasks, Files, Pipelines, and Sales Strategy;
— Train rapidly in learning our desktop admin application, mobile technician application and CRM system;
— Meet and exceed monthly sales metrics;
— Working on a shift hours align with US Time Zones from 1 pm to 10 pm Kyiv time.
